Talkmobile Overcharging

went to Bulgaria end of September to early October, every time i sent a text message I've also been charged for a 1 second phone call!!

in my case this has only happened 17 times which adds up to
£1.12 plus vat. but if they do this to everyone they must be making loads

has this happened to anyone else?
