Actually my previous post stated Natwest dont accept Provisionals, they do if you're 21 or under I think it was. This is what they told me a couple years back. I don't see what the difference in age has got to do with anything to be honest!0

Barclays accept a Birth Certificate as id, even though it states on the bottom of the certificate in red text something along the lines of 'this is not proof of identity'0

lloyds tsb and natwest accepted my provisonal at the time along with passport at tsb
but all i had at the time of natwest was provisional and birth cirtificate and they opened my account there no botherSealed pot challenger # 10

I must have been wrong then, I thought I'd read that because of the numbers of people posing as others to pass tests they required further identity of the individual actually presenting themselves for the practical test.Yes, and you supply this by showing them your provisional licence (both parts)!0
