Panasonic freeview box problem.

Don't quite know where to post this, maybe the techie board, I'm happy to be corrected.
Only had a Panasonic box Panasonic DMR-HW120EBK (500GB HDD Recorder with Twin Freeview +HD Tuner) for 3 months, and all of a sudden tonight, when the function menu is pressed there is just a blank screen, no menu. Can't find anything in the handbook or on the internet, and wondered if anyone would know if there is a fix?
I've done the turn it off, leave for 5 mins, turn back on again trick, which obviously hasn't cured it. Any thoughts people???

Hi, There should be a helpline number in your user manual, so you can ring the Panny Helpline, for support with this issue.0

If you get a quick fix, remember to post it here for others who might be in the same situation...0 -

Thanks guys. I left it unplugged overnight and it's ok this morning. Even the set-up menu had disappeared, so I'm pleased it's righted itself. Doesn't bode well though, so thanks for the info, might be needed again!0

Glad it's ok now. They do misbehave now n again. (my ole one has to been unplugged now n again and the EPG got slower over the years.)
I love this box as the EPG is speedy and HD option. Haven't tried the internet function yet.0
