  • After a phone call explaining the error of their ways I got a full refund.
I have no problem with my wife, she got no renewal notice, no proof of no claims discount not even an email or a letter, they just took the
money from my account & I'm not a customer of theirs, in my book that's theft. Watch out for Auto Renewal even if you pay for someone else.

It's not their error it's yours, read the T&Cs in your original policy

watch out for their auto renewal they dont tell you about it just do it and the money even comes out of your bank with an expired bank card!!!
they will do a refund but take a £15 fee
    am not happy :-(

    watch out

Simple solution is to make a note when its due to expire but leave enough time so you can shop around for a cheaper quote.

    Simples.
  • It's not my fault, I'm not the customer the T&C only apply to the person with the contract, that's my wife, she cannot give permission for some one to take money from my account, Insure didn't have permission from me, they assumed it and that is theft.

Hope your not blaming the Insurer.
They cant hold your hand and force you to read letters, and t&c's.

Im sure your old, and responsible enough to do this yourself.
Promo codes are never always cheaper..... isnt that right EuropCar?
