I was just a little taken back by the parking companies email, especially when they advise against reading forums!...
I suppose the reason I took the bait (so to say) was because I initially spoke to them by phone, there attitude compleatly stunk, the girl I spoke to was rude and obnoxious...I know I should of left things at that point,,however I decided to email the idiots instead
