Bank Charges Help Needed

Hi, Newbie here, so please take it easy on me!!
As with most people I rely on my overdraft, I wish i didnt, but I have to. Over the last few months I have been getting charged on my account for going over the OD, When I have checked, the reason I am going over is because of the banks charges, so every month I am now getting charged, as these charges come in over the last week of the month.
Is this allowed?
Yes I know people will say, have enough money to clear it, but sometimes it isnt that easy.
It seems that the bank are "double charging" me......:(

Yes it's allowed, you can ask them to reverse the charges but you are relying on their goodwill.0

Actually most people don't rely on their overdraft
