Vision Corporate Services/Cleartalk Communications anyone?
Options
My husband previously agreed to sign up with Cleartalk Communications who promised him the earth extras wise with an O2 contract and delivered basically nothing!
He tried contacting them, never got anywhere and even spoke to O2 who said that they were aware of them and that O2 could do nothing as his 'extras' contract was with Cleartalk and not O2.
Move on a year (having given up with Cleartalk) he has now had a call from Vision Corporate Services who say that they have been instructed by O2 to sort out the mess, they knew all about his previous contract, dates, payments etc and are now offering him a new contract, at a lower rate and have said they will upgrade him 18 months into a 36 month contract and will give him a new Nokia Asha 300 now.
The deal they are offering sounds fair to me (although I think a 3 year tie in is a lot) but I am just worried that these Vision guys are anything to do with Cleartalk.
So basically after all of the above, has anyone had any dealings with Vision Corporate Services - my first line of enquiry was a search on here and I found nothing - which is usually a good start:rotfl:
Thanks in advance:T

All of these intermediary companies are great - until they go out of business or renege.
I can only say that if your husband, after having been bitten by Cleartalk, feels that repeating the exercise with yet another company he knows little about is a good move, then so be it.
If he really wants to beat the current offers from the established High Street stores or network shops, then he should try a cashback reseller and TopCashBack.
If he is running a business with multiple handsets, then there are established resellers who will do business deals, but your post is not clear that this is what he is.
For the record, this company seems to be from a different geographical area from Cleartalk.0 -
Thanks Guys Dad - that is what we have just decided, it would be like going from the frying pan into the fire and then extending the time they burn you!
He is only a one man band so we're only talking one handset.
I've just got the original Cleartalk paperwork out and compared it to the letterhead from Vision and whilst it could be a coincidence - they do look rather similar - even if they are miles apart
Thanks again0
