So had to call them twice today to try and get the POPLA code. First time woman had no idea what was going on and promised a call back within the hour and surprise surprise, no call. Second call woman goes off for a few minutes to find out what is happening, comes back and says that my appeal hasn't been rejected yet. I don't understand this and did question her to why I have received two letters from them saying my charge remains and them stating why I 'have' to pay it. She informs me that I have to contact them again saying that I'm still not happy with this to get my appeal code.
