TCP ticket in Residential area - Scotland - please can you confirm I should ignore?

Hello, quick question - I know there are many threads re ignoring TCP tickets which I have read. However I see alot of these refer to supermarkets. My ticket was today in a residential parking area for new build flats in Edinburgh. Just checking there are no different regulations in Scotland as opposed to England? Please…

It'll be interesting to see if any letters you get quote Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act, which doesn't apply to Scotland.
