There is no benefit whatsoever in relisting. Apart from voluntarily paying an unnecessary fee. And in the process maybe putting this buyer off. Poor advice.
Nothing to add to this thread except to say YAY! Macfly is back! Not the only common sense poster here, but certainly one of the best.
