Hi, I've found this:

I don't think it's an offer that is supposed to be available because there is no link to it from the sky website (e.g. upgrade - offers etc).
It allows existing customers to upgrade and get a FREE Sky HD+ box - choose self installation (one off £15).
It is then £5.13 for the first 6mths and £10.25 thereafter (12mth contract). It's better than cashback sites are offering at the minute anyway.

No,
No code sharing etc, but a quick google of the Sky Friends & Family would bring up an endless amount of other sources - even the official sky affiliate site.0
