They are all automated numbers you actually have to select what your reasoning is for calling them.

I've tried several option the first one is to make payment now, the second is other things to do with payment and this message comes thank you for calling, and the third one is if you're having problems updating your details online which again is automated response and ends the call

I've tried taking diffent options off the menu system but still don't get through to anyone the calls are just ended with automated responses
