    Net migration doesn't mean anything.

    The number of students coming to the UK dropped. Education is a pretty big industry in the UK.

    I leave it to those on here that are brighter than me to decide whether they think that this is a good or a bad thing.

    Would depend partly on how many of them were genuine fee paying students.
