Jet2Holidays Complaints / Customer Services

Hi All,

I shall try and keep this short and sweet!

I emailed Jet2Holidays on 13th August regarding our Holiday with Jet2Holidays late July / early August I am still yet to receive a satisfactory reply.

I had a one reply on the 19 September which did not satisfy me so sent an email in reply on the 30th September. Since this time I've only had one (automated type) response asking for some more time which after one month (and three months since my initial email) is hardly the reply I expected.

After looking on their website the only option I see left is to write to them but after being ignored this long I'm pretty frustrated.

Does anyone have suggestions or experience?

    If its minor. ie no one got hurt, I tend to just forget it, dont use them again and carry on with my life.

    Pursuing these things with companies that don't give a stuff tends to prolong the misery and frustration.
