Drive the Deal Fiesta quotes include £500 finance deposit allowance,go to a main dealer,it should be £1000 on New Fiesta.0

I'd get the 2012 model if you can find a good deal. The 2013 Zetec has the same 1.25 engine as the 2012 model so the changes are really just cosmetic.
Even with the new face-lifted car you should be able to get a white 3 door for under £11k.0 -
The 1.25 engine was a cracker (better suited than its 1.4 brother) but remember if your buying a 2013 Fiesta, by the time you've paid for it it will have been heavily superceded by the even better 1.0 and the zetec will be old hat.0

I'm not buying into this whole turbocharged 1.0 thing they're trying to fly.
1.0 in a fiesta, sure but gutless. But they're planning this into the Focus and Mondeo too, right? A 1.0 with a turbo shifting around that sort of weight?
I'm sure it'll do it, but I'm sure it'll need replacing prematurely too! Just like all the "little" turbocharged diesels.0 -

Discounts and deposit allowance for old model finished on 30th November so new model is about the same price as old but on new you get £1000 deposit paid by Ford. Take this off and a new model is about £800 cheaper than old.0 -
I would also recommend drivethedeal. :T
3 years ago I bought a Volvo XC90. List with options just under £40k, DTD £29.5k = £10.5k off list!
Loved the car but sold it after 22 months (before the depreciation really started to kick in) and only lost £4k on the price I paid which I thought was a result on a car that lists at £40k.
Was unsure about it but it was really easy, just paid the deposit and was put in direct contact with the dealer who took it from there so got access to all the stuff like 3 years servicing for £350 (a wise move with a Volvo servicing costs).
I tired a few dealers and they could not get anywhere near the price the nearest was £6k off list. One would not even quote me (did not want to show his hand) he said when I got to order the car it would not exist ..... it did. Went to the main dealer in Grantham to pick it up.
In a company car now but would not hesitate to use DTD again. Have used it previously to remove the haggling from buying my wifes new car. Just told them they had to match the price, they got very close and threw in a stereo upgrade. Job done.0 -
I would also recommend drive the deal. None of our local ford dealers could match their price or find the colour we wanted.0

I have a focus with the "turbocharged 1.0 thing". It is a fantastic engine. It isn't as economical as they make out but drives very nicely indeed. I imagine it'll be even better in the fiesta.Savings Targets

Come back in three years time; a 1.0 petrol engine lugging that kinda weight reliant on a supercharger (because we know how well they go in the diesels of yore)...
Not trying to be an !!!!, but I'd chuck it when the warranty runs out if I were you.0 -
I was under the impression that the new 1.0 litre can deliver the same bhp as the old 1.6 but virtually no road tax (20 or 30 quid maybe).
Or for the non turbo 1.0 going in the fiesta has no road tax at all I think?0
