Three Televisions All Within My Price Range. But Which One?

The girlfriend has just moved into new accommodation and is still operating on an old tv with the aid of a Humax HD decoder. So I'm thinking of buying her a tv for Christmas. A local retailer here in Northern Ireland seems to be offering some good deals - beats Amazon - and I'm just wondering what's the difference, or are they all much of a muchness?
Toshiba 32HL933B 32" HD Ready LED TV with Freeview + Saorview £269
LG 32CS460 32" Full HD LCD TV with Freeview HD + Saorview £229
Nordmende NU323LD 32" Full HD LCD TV with Freeview HD and Saorview £219
My order of choice would be, LG, Toshiba a close second and then Nordemede simply because I know little about Nordemede.
The Toshiba is HD Ready while the LG is Full HD is that a big issue, it's the main reason I've put the LG as No 1 choice otherwise it would have been the Tosh and of course Tosh is LED while the others are LCD but I don't know the difference.
Would be interested in your thoughts,
Kevin
ps Saorview is Rep of Ireland's version Freeview

I would personally go with a Samsung one:

Brilliant picture quality, never been disappointed.
It has everything you want - is LED rather than LCD and has freeview HD.0 -

What's the difference between LCD and LED? Does it really make a difference or is it just two systems fighting it out to see which will become standard - a bit like to old video recorders?0
