Fund price updates overnight seem to be working.
Looks like previous problems were just a glitch in the portfolio tool changes.

Also, the latest update seems to have fixed ETFs.
Previously, the number of ETFs supported seemed to have been reduced. Now I can happily add different ETFs.

The only issue I have noticed with the tool, is that the scripting can sometimes overwhelm the browser.
e.g. try IE 7 and try to open another tab whilst Morningstar is open in one window. This sometimes gives a pop up box, https://www.moneysavingexpert.com is not available, when the MSE site is clearly viewable on a second machine.

Had a bizarre 'Morningstar' experience the other day, as walked past the boat Morningstar on St.Katharine's Dock.

Hi Krista,
Having set up a transaction portfolio the X-ray facility keeps coming back with an error page when I try to use it.
X-ray works fine with watchlist portfolios but not transaction ones - and have been trying regularly for quite a while but always an error page.
Emailed support last night to point this out but perhaps you can have a look.

EDIT to add: Doesn't appear to be a browser problem as I've tried in both Firefox and IE7.
