Finally my primus phone phone and broadband contract are up so I'm desperate to move.
Our options are either just going for another home/broadband provider (we have you view) or go the full she-bang for Sky or Virgin which I would quite like cost depending.
As a current EE mobile phone customer, I can get a cracking deal of 12 months broadband with OK speed at £5 a month (reduced from £10 a month) and phone line rental of £14. Also unlimited data (not fair use..I have checked this). I can also possibly get cashback from top cashback (not a given).
But my concerns are EE are so new to the market there's little out there about how good customer services is, what country you have to ring to speak to technical support or customer services etc.
Any advise?
Sarah

EE are not new to the market, it's just the new name for Orange/T-mobile.
Search the forum for comments about their customer service to get an idea what they might be like. I know T-mobile's customer service is based in the Philippines, not sure about Orange, or if they're consolidating things under the name EE.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. Thanks Victor2.
I meant new to the whole home broadband thing. I know they are the new name for Orange/T-Mobile.0 -
Horange gave up their LLU network some years ago, handing the management over to BT.
As above its a name change to improve their image as they a have been consistently losing market share over the same period.
Of course they may have improved. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
Can you combine both the top cashback offer and the line rental discount?0
