I know smile add the last part of a customer's postcode to any e-mail they send, top right corner. I would have thought the Co-operative Bank do similar and any customer should know this?
Plus the reasons given in post no. 8 because "poor English" is becoming the norm nowadays that might not be enough to ring alarm bells!0 -

Well I have learnt something here, I never knew that and I have 2 Smile accounts! Just checked a Smile email and as you say it's there!
I don't remember them telling me about this TBH?0
