I do think there are some buyers who should not be allowed to use ebay without tuition- just check out the comment on this neg left for a seller:

i block such idiots if i spot them. You used to have a tutorial when you were bad or left a neg on Ebay - them were the days.

Had an offer on an item today. Would have accepted - but he's left 2 negs this week - and both sellers say they had no contact prior.

Going back Soolins point. It makes me wonder why a seller would carry a neg like that for nearly year, without getting it removed.

They are selling about 1,000 items a month and getting mostly positives.

Maybe they don't care and can't be bothered spending the time and effort with Ebay to get that one negative removed.

One fewer negative won't make any real difference to their 99.7% rating.

Maybe they haven't even noticed it yet or maybe they have and it is currently being appealed.
