Selling mobile phone credit

I am moving from PAYG to a contact and have about a tenner of credit left over (switch over is tomorrow). Can I sell my credit? I have only found one company that does this on google and there website doesn't appear to work?

Its not transferable and the company that you are referring to haven't had a working site for ages. You've not left yourself much time, at this stage I'd just say text a few charity codes to use it, and do someone some good.

I'm in a similar situation and was thinking I'd do just that, but have yet to find any charities that I can do this with. Do you have any suggestions?

I'd browse justgiving.com and see if there are charities local to you, or whos interests you care about that are in the justtextgiving scheme

I looked at a couple of vodaphone's webpages talking about justtextgiving about a week or so ago. What I've yet to find though is how to donate to a single charity in this way.

I also found a few more by searching for "hospice text giving" so you may find somewhere more local.

I'd tried that with a few charities but had no luck - thanks for your suggestions, any of those would be better than leaving the money for a phone company .
