Great to hear your mum's doing so well Red and she has my sympathies on the stairs - having gone from walking around 8 miles a day to not being able to walk up 12 stairs without stopping (more than once!:eek:), I share her frustration!

Thanks for the good wishes about my Mum. It's been a difficult month, but I know I am not the only one that has family with health problems etc and appreciate the support:)

Good news that your Mum's on the mend, Red, I'm really pleased to see that. Although your Dad might be reeling a bit with all the abuse;) it's a good sign that she's got the energy to do that, she must be feeling better. Fingers crossed she continues to improve x

You're doing well rising, though you must be incredibly frustrated at how slowly you're progressing. It's hard to see progress in yourself but I think anyone reading your posts (and especially your diary) can definitely see you are making progress. You'll get there x

Sorry about all the hassle with the hospital earlier in the week but I'm pleased you managed to get the scan done eventually.



And... drum roll please .... I made NSD no 15 yesterday so target no 1 is met, yay!!!!!:j:j

Could I increase my target to 20 please freeby, no 16 will be mine today, I'm determined

Hi all another NSD yesterday that makes 8 NSD's in total. not sure of today will be an NSD as i can't decide whether to cook or have a takeaway for tea i know cooking is much better for my purse but a saturday night takeaway is a great treat:eek: cant decide.

9 NSD for me. So wet not going out there. The next town to me has flooded which means our main road is cloesed, hopefully cleared soon and will be open to let the shops stock up. I have most but need to get bread and milk, as normal. there is a little milk in the freezer and I have part bake rolls, but that was ready for christmas. Although the bad weather helps to have a no spend. Only 5 more to get, christmas day will be one, and hopefully boxing day, just 3 left to make sure I have to reach the target, going over target will be good.
