Ohh, I know how your mum feels, I don't begin functioning until two cups of tea (avec caffeine, none of this decaff malarky) have been consumed. Prob stems from drinking tea from a very young age, perhaps not the best habit, but I can think of many more which are much worse.
Citizen - those earrings are a total bargain - well done & (as my dad would say) 'wish you well to wear them' xx
Rising - boots for walking maisie will be an investment - I might sound old saying this but you only get one pair of feet and whilst i don't mind donning a pair of impractical killer heels for a couple of hours on a night out, I would never 'scrimp' on activity shoes. Also means you're feet will be nice and toasty while you build your strength back up. x hope you got your crumpets ok - I must admit there is one brand I deff think are better than all the rest (thank fully my A$da do a 9 pack for £1) - although if they don't have them i revert back to SP ones - it's all or nothing with me :rotfl:
Well lades, gentlemen, Igor and Donkey's (Hubert that means you) - it's been a long time since I've been able to say this but yesterday was NSD #12 and TARGET MET :j:j:j
Freeby - we must be kindred spirits, you can't beat a good spreadsheet (I even have my 2013 tab set up on my Xmas gift list ) Caught up with my spending diary last night (not quite as bad as I thought since pay day :A) although i have just remembered I missed off a couple of items. Felt like I was constantly at the cash point for the last few weeks of Dec
HOW is it nearly 2013 already? Actually i'm not a fan of new year - hate being felt forced that I must be out having a great time, paying to get into places you'd normally go in free (and spend money in - thus keeping them in business) any other day of the year, so many people spending yet more money they can ill afford to and then spending the next few months struggling to pay it off. Whoops...sorry...soap box away and exit stage left....Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Hi everyone!
I hope you all had nice Christmases! I spent the 22nd-28th with my parents, so managed to clock up plenty of NSD's, so I'm currently on #16.
Now I need to clock up my grocery spends for the month...I think I may have gone over... but hopefully not by much.
Because it's fun to have money!
£0/£70 August GC
£68.35/£70 July GC
January-June 2019 = £356.94/£4200 -
Target reached, today makes 15 out of 15. Too wet to go out today, none of us can face the walk in the rain, and heavy at times. Will need to shopping tomorrow as need bread and a few bits, but we will be going to church so will go after. Then hoping monday will be a no spend so hoping for 16, one over target will be nice. I will be signing up for january as need to keep a check on spending now. This has kept me focused.0
