Good Evening,

I have recently booked a flight with jet2 and see they have a loyalty scheme. however no matter how hard I look on the site I cannot find anyway to sing up.

Can anyone help?

You can enter your booking details and view and print them or check in online, but you certainly can't join myJet2 this way. There is a link through the site map which is named "join myJet2 [ http://www.jet2.com/myjet2join ], but if you click it it gives you an error message:

We're sorry, but there was a slight problem in processing your booking request. This doesn't happen very often, but when it does, we kindly request that you close your internet browsing session, as your computer may have stored some incorrect data in your current session.
Can you please close your internet browser (normally by clicking the X in the top right corner), open it and then start your flight search again at the Jet2.com home page.

There is no other link on the site for joining.

It is baffling how you can't join myJet2 apparently unless you do it when making a booking. I booked two flights hurriedly, and then realised there was this loyalty scheme. It says you can reclaim points on bookings within 28 days, but unfortunately not if you didn't join myJet2 when making the bookings, or previous to that. If you go to email them about myJet2, it just directs you to FAQ with no way to contact them, unless you just select general feedback instead. Then you get an email saying they'll get back to you within 30 days, or you can call the 0901/0871/0844 numbers.

3. How do I join?

With effect from 1st November 2012 myJet2 is not accepting any new members. Existing membership continues to be subject to these terms and conditions.

That was about the only page on their site that I didn't visit when trying to find out how to join. Shame they don't make it a bit clearer, but at least we all know now!
