I wouldn't think so you still have 7mths to go on your contract
Its normally about 3mths before they let you Upgrade its worth a call to them you never know they may do it.

  • Last time mine was up for renewal they let me upgrade a couple of months early (I have a looong history with them), this time - they won't even tell me what they're likely to be offering until I get into the final month of the contract so they seem to have tightened it up substantially.

Just buy the phone a new battery! You can probably get one for a fiver on the internet.

If your phones are otherwise good, go sim only or PAYG when your contract runs out,

I asked about upgrades last week but was told to wait until just before my current contract expires (next July)
