DVD rental? Lovefilm? Illegal downloading?

The free movie channels that you will still get, film 4, TCM, Sony movies, movies for men, true movies and horror (not only movies but bunched at that end). There may be more, thats off the top of my head.

TCM only if you have the Entertainment Extra pack.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

I use Lovefilm to get games and films (this includes 3D films since I have a 3D TV). Lovefilm also does streaming so you will need a Smart TV, Xbox or Playstation.
Netflix costs £5.99 per month and it does just streaming. There is subtitles on streaming with Netflix on certain devices. (Xbox and PC does)
You can use Cashback websites to make these a bit cheaper too.
We just cancelled Sky fully, most of the stuff we watch are on Freeview/Freesat anyway and using both Lovefilm and Netflix for the rest. We are paying half the price we have been.0 -
