    Yep Taffy056, read all that too.... it'll be interesting to see whether they're saving up all their threat-o-grams to send out in bulk once the 3 month ban is lifted!!

    Welcome to the reality that is the private parking industry.
    Its not a fine, do NOTHING as above report back here at anytime if you receive any follow up.
    Also while your at it, do some research, take a good look through this site, as well as pepipoo and consumer action group forums on private parking and you will soon get the picture, once youve done that print off some pepipoo flyers, http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=73598 and pread the word to all that you know.
    if you return to this car park, why not give the parking ticket person a pepipoo flyer, as well- you may help with his/her education .

    You shouldn't receive anything after the ban is up, either. If they are saving up their DVLA requests till after the ban, then again, they'll have been very naughty, as they must not do this.
