Can I ask something too? Do AQA handle your tax and NI for you, or are you classed as self-employed? How does it work if it is a second job?
You are classed as self employed, so you need to call your tax office.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0 -
I did some reverse engineering of the data that the software sends out when I had a copy of the AQA package. It seems to send packets over a standard web connection, if I remember correctly, but it sends a lot of small packets; the only thing I can think of is that your router is throttling traffic of that nature.I would be interested to know the answer to this. We got a wireless router but the software just hangs when using the router. Other people who work for AQA use a wireless connection so I don't know why ours didn't work.
Perhaps check your router's settings, see if you can modify the firewall somewhat?Debts (26.3% remaining) - CC/BARC: [strike]2058[/strike] 100.00 @0%; CC/MBNA: [strike]1877.75[/strike] 0.00; Loan/SLC: [strike]10000[/strike] 7901.84 @1.5%; Loan/Per: [strike]1500[/strike] 0.00; Loan/HX: [strike]15000[/strike] 0.00
