Help with my W850I

Hi,

I've had my new phone and can't for the life of me figure out how to retrive my picture messages I have read the book so many times...
When I click on the Picture Message is says it's downloading but then nothing happens, can anyone offer any help?
My friend has just had a baby and I'm dying to see the pics!! :-)

have you received any picture messages before?

if not, go here and follow the steps to get the settings resent to your phone. the settings usually come though within a minute.

Which network are you with? I know with most you have to set it up so that you can accept / send picture messages. Try ringing your network operator and explaining it to them.

on virgin, you have to send a picture message before you can receive them. I'm not sure about other networks
