UK Parking Solutions (UKPS)

Today I parked up in an industrial estate. I went for a very short 5 minute walk. When I returned to my car there was a white van parked near it.
The 2 chaps came over to me and told me I'd received a ticket (although nothing had been stuck on my car yet)... whilst he was talking to me, he handed me the ticket and his colleague went to take a photo of my car in situ. They did point out the several signs that were up (that I'd genuinely failed to notice) which did indeed say that you are not allowed to park anywhere on this estate.
I still have the ticket and I have not paid anything.
The company is called UKPS (UK Parking Solutions) - I believe they used to be clampers before the October legislation.
This is their web address www.ukparkingsolution.co.uk - It all looks very shoddy with spelling mistakes etc.
I can find no record of them at the following:
http://www.britishparking.co.uk/AOS-Members
The ticket does state "If the parking charge is not paid within 14 days from the date of issue UK Parking Solutions will request the registered keepers details from the DVLA"
Can they actually do anything?
ETA: This is nothing to do with UKCPS

Nope if they are not AOS members they can not get your details. However it don't mean they wont, but if they do it has come from an unofficial source!
Easily ignored!0 -
Just ignore it.
They can and will write you several begging letters, which you can also ignore.0 -
Thanks for the replies. I'm just naturally nervous that they could somehow still get access to my details from the DVLA.... or if the landowners themselves decide to take action (as I believe they could do so, if they so desired?)I enjoy a pint of beer each night for it's health benefits. The land owner could for trespass. But thats hardly going to happen either.Got a ticket from ParkingEye? Seek advice by clicking here: Private Parking forum on MoneySavingExpert.:j0 -

Am I correct in thinking that even in the unlikely scenario that the landowners do try and pursue me for trespass they can only seek damages for the costs to them of me being there?
Since I was there for under 10 minutes, I don't think I will have cost them very much!I enjoy a pint of beer each night for it's health benefits. The other pints are for my witty comebacks and flawless dance moves.0 -
And even if they did (which they won't) they can only pursue for actual damages (zero in this case) or nominal damages (£1?)
