Flight delay 2008. Is there a web site to ascertain the length of delay

I had a 5 hour plus delay on a Monarch Flight in September 2008. I am now told I can claim compensation for delays over 3 hours. Is there a web site that I can find out the exact length of the delay and confirm the flight number or is this impossible. I have the date and departure time but stupidly have not kept al the other details.I am probably wasting my time but it is worth investigation. Nothing ventured nothing gained

It's free to register with Flightstats. No catch that I'm aware of and I registered years ago.0
