hi,never posted before, so i will try to keep my post short.
there is more to this ! but when i took out mob phone contract in Feb 2011, I was assured that the sim/contract was covered under the premier insurance I took out.as it was the only thing that was going to cost me for two years, i made sure this was one of my main questions, the sales person said i have complete piece of mind, and i was more than happy with that,i was told that a full policy would follow in the coming weeks, unfortunately nothing appeared , also i had no reason to queerie anything as everything was fine. Until i lost the phone, the insurance offered me half the cast of the new phone, take it or leave it!! and deny the agent said the contract was covered. i am embarrassed as it makes me look like i am telling lies, is this how it works/
