I am debating getting some luggage / weekend bag for short breaks , it would need to be able to be used as cabin luggage .
Any recommendations either for hold-alls or pull along Kipling luggage.

:) Personally I don't use my Kipling luggage for cabin luggage as it is too heavy. I use an IT suitcase.
The ART/Sumida etc bags are fine but the metal clips for straps add so much weight :(

    Thanks Snap Ant.

Do you know if the Halia bag is the same as the New Halia bag?

( I desperately need compartments in my work bag! I can never find anything otherwise; spent the whole day without my reading glasses the other week, only to discover they were in my bag all along).

I only own the New Halia & find the side A4 slots perfect

I am planning on a new Kipling purchase - I bought my last one from the outlet store at Bicester so I know it is genuine.

I am thinking of buying the Halia and have seen it on a website for £49.99 and the website looks very reputable but the official Kipling website shows the bag with a metal Kipling logo and metal keyring however on the cheaper website it has the round plastic logo and a monkey. These seem to obvious differences and so can't imagine a forger to make such basic errors - does anyone know if the bag originally came with the round logo and monkey and this is old stock?
Also can I trust Amazon to be selling the real thing or are there fakes on there too?
I would appreciate any advice - thanks!

    Sent you a PM :)

Amazon from £31.49 Defeas in gorgeous colours - I bought the Magnolia Print one :D

I just came on here to post this deal :D My dd has ordered it for me for Christmas.

There are some great prices just now on Amazon, especially on black bags which aren't often reduced.

    I noticed this one:

There is also a good price on a black Garran.

I've just ordered the Zebra print one and also the Blush pink - I find I am really only using the defea now as it is such a useful size for work

I really like the pink Defea but I have two other Defea and as I am happily retired do not really need another roomy bag for every day use.

I am happily retired now too pattycake, but I wouldn't let that stand between me and anew Kipling :D

I have already ordered another Syro and a purse in the zebra print. But I will look out for the blush pink in a smaller style than Defea.

I do agree that want is more important than need when it comes to Kipling!

Watch that blush pink is very peachy.

Sorry not a bargain post but I had a real bargain today when I found a lilac Fairfax in our small charity shop -got it for £4 with four other items. zips are all fine and it even has its monkey. great condition but I have just washed it to make it feel like 'mine'!
Not many bargains on Amazon lately - most are in very limited colours but the small Alvars are £17.
