I've been looking at the Hip-hurray bags for ages and still haven't brought one yet. Does anyone know if they stay on your shoulder or do they constantly slip off?
Thanks for any info0 -
I've got one which I use as a beach bag or occasionally to take to the supermarket. It's fine for those purposes.
It's not a bag I would put inside another "just in case" as IMHO it's too heavy when folded up.
It certainly is not a substitute for a handbag. Just my view. I do like it and after my last holiday where it was traipsed around the beach and the pool every day, I washed it at 30 degrees and it came out like new.0 -
I have the old style Hip Hurray with the top draw strings attached to the bottom so you can wear it as a back pack.
These are useful for putting over your shoulder - shame they stopped making this version
Luckily I have a 'few' sparefor just in case...

I have 3 of the old style which I use regularly but I thought this new style would fit in my other Kipling bag. But reading the reviews it may make my bag heavy I don't want a heavy bag

My love of Kipling stems from the fact that they are light. I have got Radley bags but rarely use them as they seem to weigh me down. I have a friend who was a Radley queen but following my excellent example has become a Kipling convert:j0 -
I have one and it is fairly big, not like those ones that stuff inside a pouch, I don't think it's particularly heavy just bulky. I have one of the older style ones that zip into more of a rectangle, those are definitely heavier, the newer ones are slightly smaller and thinner fabric. I take it if I'm definitely shopping as it's nice a strong, rather than my envirosax shopper which is more of a you-never-know bag 'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. Well I'm slowly selling off any Kipling that I haven't used at all or have washed the life out of lol. Obviously selling them to make room for more0

I just got one of the these Kipling Fontel in Marine at my local TK Maxx for £23 in their clearance section. They had a few of them.
It's very small but the strap is really long for wearing cross-wise and will be ideal for holding the essentials while I'm out walking to try to get fit.0 -
