HI, The picture looked quite light, so I had it it my mind that the N stood for neutral. It's more of a caramel colour. I'm going to try ebay for a week I think then maybe contact them if it doesn't sell. Thanks everyone for advice.;)

Really puzzled about this - are you absolutely sure you'd have to pay for the return? I've returned bags bought on lightning deals and it's always been free???

I've returned a few bags lately with no problem. I just put too big or too small or even disappointed in the quality. Go into my orders and on the right it says last return date - you have a month. Print off return label and take it to one of the Amazon appointed places. You will get an email from Amazon immediately. Hope this works!

Hi, I maybe will chance it but I'm wary as it says they will deduct the cost of return postage from the refund if it's damaged, defective or an incorrect item.
