My Syro Caffe Latte N has just arrived and I don't like the colour. It's a lot darker and more caramel-like than I expected. I'll have to put it on ebay!

Is there not free returns on it?
Bear in mind that ebay take 10% off the total sale price (including P&P costs), so you need to list it at a notably higher price than you bought it for to make sure you're not losing money.

Hi, I looked but I'd have to pay for return. I got the bag for £32 on lightening deal so fingers crossed I should make a profit!

it's worth while having a chat with amazon saying the colour is not as expected like previous latte colour you have brought. I've always found them very good.

Completely agree with this or go through the returns process but select faulty - something like sticky zipper, colour not right, then you'll get your free return.

Yes I noticed the new Caffe Latte.


One bag is for sale with both shades - Caffe Latte and Caffe Latte N - is that for 'new' or something else - but its much darker.
