:D I remember you getting it - you were holidaying by train :)

I think that was someone else, but I saw it suggested on here for someone else & went for it when the price dropped :)

I have the Wonderer and agree it doesn't work to well as a wheely bag but I bought it mainly as it had backpack straps and I could carry it as a rucksack and have one hand for each of the kids too. The plastic moulded wheel support was a little uncomfy on the back but it worked well for me!

Yeah, it is hand having the rucksack straps, but as you say, uncomfortable. Plus the rucksack straps don't tuck away properly, and get bashed about if you put it in the hold of a plane.
It's a handy size, as it works as hand luggage, but I feel like they tried to hard to make it multifunctional, so all of the functions are not quite right.

In the notes at the bottom of the screen it says taxes, duties etc aren't included in the price. Does anyone have experience of what might apply ... And how much?

Whenever I've got stuff from abroad, it usually works out about 20%.

I've had to pay duty on some purchases from abroad in the past, but only if they're over a certain amount. According to HMRC you only pay duty on goods with a value over £135 (I guess this has changed as when I had to pay duty the value of the goods was about £80 but that was a good few years ago). I'm hoping if we are just buying a single bag at a time, we'll be ok. It also says the duty is waived if the charge would be under £9. Fingers crossed then!

Not sure if its the same but form USA I had to pay over £12 recently for item son had ordered - that included £8 P.O. handling - postman said any item over £25 gets this VAT duty charged - but I wouldn't swear to it. This is as well as paying postage when ordering the item.

Hm that does look quite clear Scaredy Cat but what son had recently ordered was under £40? So am confused.
