I might email Amazon and enquire about the Javari code. Seems a bit mean to send us a code we can't use.
Well I have emailed - the first reply was gobblegook so have emailed again - if I could get 30% off it would be good!!

I wish you all would STOP posting about great deals I am trying so hard to not buy another bag yet!!!!!! :)

I am really liking the mitchell blue anyone got one? if so is it really bright?

I have a Yelina in Mitchell Blue. I wouldn't call it really bright - certainly nothing like the Maya Blue or Flash Blue shades. I think it has a hint of teal in it, it's nice but not as blue as I'd expected. I was expecting something more like this shade (Deep Sky Blue), but it's definitely more of a teal than this one:

I had a right carry on with them. Amazon referred me to Javari - Javari referred me to Javari.fr so I used google translate to send them a message.

The upshot is, the Amazon order was packed in France so they added the promotional card. It can only be used on Javari.fr, but not all items are included so it's hit and miss putting things in and out of your basket to see what works.

I was really struggling with the French website so I emailed Amazon again - after all it was them who sent me the code. I got a reply from Amazon on Sunday saying they would apply the promotional code to my Javari.fr order for me - but they rang me yesterday and said they can't do this and should never have offered to! So, basically I'm stuck with a code I can only use on Javari.fr if I can find something that is elibile. :( Let me know how you get on.

Yes! Ordered my Kipling Brownie purse from them at Christmas for £20 which was a good price and great delivery, would definitely use them again. They also post up You Tube videos from time to time demonstrating some of the Kipling products they have for sale.
  • Rtherapy is brilliant. They are linked to a shop in Cornwall called icandy, and also have an Ebay shop. They are generally the cheapest in the UK for Kipling and have fast, free delivery. It is worth checking all the other sites if they sales on, but I always find Rtherapy consistently cheaper and reliable. Ace shop and lovely staff! :)
  • I love to online shopping at amazon. We can purchase everything on amazon.

Received yesterday, first Kipling I'm not impressed with, definitely a return. I know it stated small in the description but others on here said it wasn't that small - it most definitely is, I can understand why they say it's an ideal child's bag! Also do not like the velcro accessibility, makes it too easy for someone to get into your bag from behind you - not a good idea Kipling :(

Mine isn't small, hope they haven't sent you the wrong one.

My rucksack isn't what I would call "small" either.

It does have the velcro, but then the stuff I'd put in it, I don't see that as a real problem.
