Rtherapy is brilliant. They are linked to a shop in Cornwall called icandy, and also have an Ebay shop. They are generally the cheapest in the UK for Kipling and have fast, free delivery. It is worth checking all the other sites if they sales on, but I always find Rtherapy consistently cheaper and reliable. Ace shop and lovely staff! :)

Yes, I've ordered from them before. The trouble with smaller shops like them and Poshbags is that I feel bad if I send anything back, whereas with Amazon I don't really care.

Yes I feel the same. I've just bought a Brownie in Pewter Mix but it turns out it's almost identical to Lacquer Bronze. The pic made it look more of a silver (which is kind of what you'd expect from pewter). Not sure I'll feel able to return it though as they were so helpful I'll feel like I'm messing them around!

Have a question for all you kipling fans...
I only recently found Kipling and bought this bag in the Amazon Lightning Deals: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004YV6SVG/ref=oh_details_o04_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I love it but have a problem with one of the zips on the front, it keeps coming undone by itself. I make sure it's pulled up when I leave in the morning and by the time I get to work the zip is half way down. It means I can't use this pocket... anyone else had this problem with Kipling bags?

    TIA

Sounds like it has a fault, I don't have a zip like that but have never had that problem with other zips.

I agree with Flo, it sounds like a faulty zip. I would get in touch with Amazon and see if they'll exchange it for you.

My very first Kipling had a dodgy zip, in that it stuck and didn't open smoothly, so I sent that back - all the others have been fine. I always test the zips now as soon as the bags arrive, and they have all been smooth to open and close, but stay in place unless you pull.

Probably not great bargains but Kipling are on QVC three times tomorrow:
    1,4, and 9pm

Never heard of Amazon Warehouse... is it all second hand stuff? If it is, I can't imagine Amazon selling it unless it really was like new. Hope it's nice when it arrives.

I do prefer the Yelina to the Brownie - I think it's a better design, but they don't seem to have as many colours as the Brownie. Hopefully they will bring more out in the future.

EDIT - is it just like Amazon Marketplace? If so, sorry for being dim, I thought it was a new website I hadn't yet discovered!!
