Gutted. I was really excited about this, too


I see they have a couple more available on the Amazon site now - the description still gives the details for the bag so I think we have a perfect right to claim we were misled and it's THEIR error. How are we supposed to know what we are ordering? We go by the description, don't we? It's not like there are loads of purses in different colours and just one bag. I thought they had just posted the wrong pic but the description was correct.

I have emailed them but have not had a reply yet. If they don't reply I will file a claim with amazon

Bit unfamiliar with this process - can you claim SNAD like you would on ebay? (Significantly Not As Described). I guess we'll still end up having to pay return postage, which seems unfair since they haven't sent what they advertsied.
