e2save cashback query regarding o2 contract

I took out a cashback contract from e2save for a 12 month o2 deal in December. I have never received any paper bills, but have been viewing my bill online on the mycarphonewarehouse website. When I send my cashback claim, is it okay to print the bill from the internet and send that? or do I need to send them the original paper bills?

I think i read on the voucher leaflet that they accept printed online bills, though don't take my word for it. Give them a call, they are always helpful when I've rang

I have claimed mine using online bills. Carphone should send you an email with the bill attached.

Yes they do accept online bills. You need to send the top two pages.
Hopeless by name, hopeless by nature.
  • Thanks for your help. I have telephoned carphonewarehouse and they have confirmed that printing online bills is acceptable.
