I should think it will also depend on why you returned the goods. If they were faulty in some way then you are entitled to a refund, but if you simply changed your mind then they don't have to refund and credit would be acceptable (legally)

Next operate a 28 day refund policy so why op returned it isn't really relevant.

It is though op acceptable to refund you via the same method used to pay for the goods. You then take up the positive balance with the credit supplier.

    .

Not on Directory items, it isn't. It's 7 days for those.

Next Directory purchases will be covered under DSR, they don't have to be faulty to get a refund (legally)

Next are pretty good about returns to be fair, especially the clothes.

One of the reasons on the list you fill in with the item is "Doesn't fit".... So that could cover just about any other non specific reason......

So what You are all saying is, if she closes the account She loses her money? Don't think this is correct somehow, I think You will probably find She would totally be entitled to Her Money back.

I would give them a call & ask for the account credit to be put onto Your card. If they refuse I would threaten to close the account.

Are you reading a different thread? Nobody has said anything remotely near to what you claim. All that has been stated is the refund has been credited back to the account that it was debited from in the first place which is correct.
