On the website it says free delivery, but I got charged £3.99 and was told on the salesline when I complained that you are charged del on a free 12 month line rental deal, they guy advised me to phone customer services 0871 423 0404, anyone know the geographical number for it?

Also, stupidly thought the Virgin sim card was free and it is not, it's a cashback deal, but as it's only a 6 month deal, don't know when you claim the 2 cashbacks

Also was told when I specifically asked if the 6300 phone came with a usb lead as I need to transfer photos onto my pc and it does not have one

in regard to the 3.99 charge its something i've learnt about previously when ordering a phone from thephonespot/e2save.

Basically any order take over the phone or online order that requires a telephone to complete the transaction incurs this 3.99 charge.

I like you ordered the 6300 deal day before yesterday and although I have to pickup the phone from the royal mail depot.. i suspect I've also been charged this 3.99. Although the advisor I spoke to on the phone never advised me of this charge.

The only recourse I believe (when I last argued with the customer services agents) is to complain in writing to their head office advising that the advisor did not warn about the charge and neither does the osps website.

I've just sent them an email to complain, I think I'll send it in writing as well. I've always had company mobiles in the past, so this is the first contract phone I've purchased and don't understand the info on the invoice.

I was offered a Virgin sim as a top up in case I run out of mins at the end of the month, it does not say if there is a monthly charge or what it is, but it does say there are 2 cashbacks???

There's also a charge of £35.91 and £18 admin fee, gods knows what that's for???

I rec the following email in response to my complaint

I can confirm that the £3.99 postage charge is for all orders placed over the phone, we are only able to offer free postage for online orders.

I have requested that the USB Cable be despatched to you, please allow 3 to 5 working days for receipt.

The claim periods for the 6 months free virgin sim card are month 3 and 6 from your date of connection.

Our company has made a decision that voucher forms are no longer an obligation for our customers when claiming their cashbacks, however our Cashback Team will greatly appreciate if you choose to write and highlight your transaction or order number on a first page of your network bill as this will enable them to process your claim in an efficient and accurate manner.

The charges shown as 'cost of cover' and 'admin fee' on sales invoice are regarding the free insurance which has been provided by One Stop Phone Shop for your mobile phone.

I am sorry that this information was not fully explained to yourself when placing your order.
