    I know that in certain circumstances the dvla do cover private land, but if you are talking about apartment complexes and a car is not taxed in a bay it's down to the lease and what's on there, not some poxy sign saying so. They have no authority like they have no authority with permits
    Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
    They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
    Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

    That is why i wrote "with the owners permission";)
