There has been issues with MVL listings, they don't appear to always be visible according to the powerseller board.

I would worry about your 4.6 stars though- you are heading into dangerous grounds and in Best Match you are going to be very low already.

Were I to look at that I might well bypass you in favour of a competitor. Nothing personal, but there is enough choice that I could probably find someone with a higher score. You can be of the opinion that you are the bestest seller ever but if your buyers are not happy - and there's one criterion that is definitely below average - you need to address that immediately.

Without the context being clear I just wouldn't buy - particularly if it was dispatch around this time of year since much of what I might buy would be gifts.

You need to work on improving that - particularly if you have a feedback score that may prompt buyers to look at your FB page. I think you need to work on your service as well as on your listing style.

I meant to say my stars range from 4.96 to 4.99, so they all come up as 5 if you hoover over them, so I don't think this is the problem. I think it is the multi variation listings, and maybe my choice of stock! I will try and research better selling items to buy, as for my low selling stock, can you guess what my family are getting for Christmas this year!

That's better! You should be at top of Best Match or near it then!

Have a read of the community boards though, huge issues being reported on MVLs

OK - that makes it a bit better. Continuously, tweaking your listings is probably a good idea. I'm not having much difficulty finding stuff as a buyer, so continue to make sure you are visible and that you are keeping abreast of what's selling.

In the New Year personally I will go through my Amazon listings and make sure I'm still competitive on prices. I'm rather busy with other things atm though so it's not a huge priority.
