Monthly Rent Topup - How they calculate ?

Comments

  • In case of my friend stituation can he still get the housing benefit ? as mentioned he is in full time work and earns £1500 each month but end up paying around two third of his earning towards rent.

Just curious that council will help him out with local LHA rates or topup some money ...

    Thanks

this makes me think that OP is not posting on behalf of a "friend".
and is fact finding to see whether the friend is actually eligable to LHA, because they earn £1500.
