T-Mobile Vivacity Unlock/Rom

Hi all,

Has anyone had any luck with an unlock code for the vivacity, really love the phone but reception in my area is poor.

Or has anyone got any detailed notes on how I can put a customer rom on the phone?

I unlocked, rooted and installed a custom rom on my Vivacity. It's really nice now.

I think I used information on here http://www.modaco.com/forum/578-zte-crescent-crescentmodacocom/

But I can't remember exactly what I did.

I've done several different phones before now. The ZTE Blade is the easiest and Vivicity was the most challenging - I bricked my Vivacity in the process and spent some time working out how to unbrick it.

So read through the stuff on the forum carefully and be patient. If you've never done this before, the Vivacity may not be the best phone to start
