Under 18 Contract problems

Hi I've recently started a mobile phone contract for 24months but because I'm under 18 it can't be in my name, so It had to be in my mum's name, she also had to give her bank details, but I wanted to pay it off in my bank, however she got post through saying that it was being payed in direct debit and also it showedher bank details? Anyone know what I should do?

Just call up and ask to change the direct debit details to yours

Failing that just set up a standing order to pay your mum for the day before it goes out of her bank account.

In legal terms, it is your mum who has taken the contract out, she is just allowing you to use the phone.
