cheapest way to watch international rugby and cricket on sky

I have no interest in football but would like to watch cricket and rugby, in particular the internationals.
Your recommendations for the cheapest option.
We already have virgin cable phone and broadband. But no tv.

If you want all the live cricket then you will need the full pack of Sky Sports 1 to 4 which are only available on Virgin Media or Sky. TopUpTV and BT Vision only offer Sports 1 & 2 and do not offer either HD or the red button interactive "other match" options - a very limited package.

...don't think BT will offer it anymore unless you go on to fibre b/band as they are intending to do away with over air encrypted broadcast via Freeview and replace it with streamed versions.

If they do then TopUpTV will be unable to afford the DTT transmission costs on their own and will have to drop the package.
