    This has nothing to do with the glues used it is because cutting MDF & chipboard produces a very fine dust that is harmful breath in.
    In fact in an industrial setting MDF dust can be explosive.

    According to Wikipedia, MDF does emit toxic vapour when newly manufactured. Personally I would not burn it, you just don't know what might be produced. With many substances the long term effects of prolonged exposure are not well understood, and I am not interested in contributing data.
